They came wrapped very well with no issues and easy instructions for installing onto the wall. It's just what the space needed, adding height, visual interest and movement. Large art panels arrived quickly. Packed very well with mounting hardware secured in packing. Secured so well we missed a set and threw them out! Contacted Vadim at Visual Alloy and another set was sent right away so we could get the panels mounted. I had received a separate email beforehand asking me the surface we would be mounting the panels so they could send the appropriate hardware. Mounting instructions were well written and easy to follow. Customer service was great. We love the look of the wall art!

Our metal art looks fantastic on our back patio wall. It ties the aesthetic together that we were going for and looks very polished.

Also the service from Visual Alloy was superior. The instructions on how to mount the art work was spot on! All of the included neccesary harware was of highest quality.
Most importantly, a shipping problem that we experienced was handeled without difficulty. The shipping company caused significant damage to the piece making it unuseable. Visual Alloy sent us a new piece which was recieved in the US from Finland amazingly quickly in perfect condition. Visual Alloy communicated with me throughout the process making sure that things were right.
